Delete your Dia.best account

You can permanently delete your Dia.best account and the personal data associated with it.

Account deletion removes, among other things:

active sessions and OAuth links;
sign-in data;
stored Nightscout connection details and access credentials;
locally stored glucose and therapy data;
journal, nutrition and medical-profile settings;
AI messages, analyses and reports;
uploaded food photographs;
local caches and other account-related medical data.

For an externally hosted Nightscout instance, deleting your Dia.best account does not delete the original data from that Nightscout server. Dia.best removes its connection information and locally stored copies.

Minimal records of completed payments and financial transactions may be retained where required for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal compliance.
